How It Works
Every day at midnight UTC, a fresh set of 10 spot the difference images is released to every Squintle player worldwide. Everyone gets the exact same puzzles in the same order — it's a level playing field.
You have one attempt. No retries, no second chances. Your total time across all 10 images determines your position on the global leaderboard.
Rules
⏱️45 seconds per image
Find the difference before time runs out. If you don't find it, you get the maximum 45-second time for that image.
❌45-second penalty per wrong tap
Each incorrect tap adds 45 seconds to your time for that image — essentially the maximum. Be precise!
🎯10 images total
Your score is the sum of your times across all 10 images. Lower is better.
1️⃣One attempt per day
You can only play the daily challenge once. Choose your moment wisely.
🌍Global leaderboard
Your total time is ranked against every other player who completed the challenge that day.
XP Rewards
The daily challenge is the best way to earn XP in Squintle. Pro subscribers earn the full amounts below. Free users earn approximately one third.
- 100 XP per correct find
- 200 XP bonus for a perfect run (all 10 found)
- 50 XP speed bonus for each find under 15 seconds
Tips
- Scan the images systematically — don't just tap randomly
- The difference can be anywhere: colour changes, missing objects, shape differences, added elements
- Wrong taps cost you 45 seconds each, so be precise
- Play in a well-lit environment for the best visibility
- The leaderboard resets daily, so every day is a fresh chance to be #1
